* plenty on street parking + 2 garages on the block
* Our dress code is not enforced, but we do suggest the following: Kinky/Sexy, Fetish, steampunk, goth, industrial, all black. Please no jeans and/or sneakers.
Come and enjoy the freedom of expression that so many crave in our 4,000+ Sq.Ft wonderful multi-level dungeon, with more than 35 play stations.

* So what should you expect at a typical DSF party?
We'll provide the venue and it's ambiance. You provide your presence and your energy. Together, we'll make a Perfect Night for all in attendance.
- Our resident DJ DOMinatus will spin awesome music for everyone to enjoy and add to your mood. The musical styles includes house, techno, psytrance, ambiance, synthpop, gothic, industrial, nu metal, funky, trip hop, and more.
- The party will also have all the standard yummy trimmings that folks have come to expect from DSF:
* A sumptuous hot and cold delicious buffet featuring variety of yummy food, h'orderves, pastries, snacks and fruits.
* The Dungeon Mistress for this party will be:
* Mistress EVA,
* Mistress LIN,
* Mistress EVE
* The Party hostesses will be: Miss Natalie and Miss Elise
* The Gate Keeper: Young Scientist
* Approximately 50% of our attendees are first timers. Our party hostesses are there to assure that all the novices (to our parties or community) will receive the proper introduction and education needed to have a good time througfh their tours. These hostesses give you a tour, explain the rules, show you the club, introduce you around (should you so chose), help you get your feet wet, and etc, etc.
This is a perfect way to get introduced to it all; in a friendly non pressure situation. Our mission is make sure you are 100% satisfied.
At our parties, you are handled with care, utmost respect and most of all well meant guidance. In addition to having a great time, you can find playmates and potential partners at all of our parties.
* Before the play Auction, we will have an exotic Belly dancer to begin the slave auction with a sexy belly dance performance
* The always popular-Arabian play auction-will run from approximately 11:10 PM to 11:30 PM.
Our play auctions are done in fun, and always translate into excitement. Imagine having a group of people bidding on you, while your heart is beating at record pace from not knowing who will win the bid. Tick tac, tick tac, tick tac...Ah, the unknown is exciting, isn't it?.
These auctions are a great way to meet new people! The Sheikh usually auctions off around 10-12 lucky volunteers and sometimes dominants as well.
Everyone who attends the party, will receive play auction credits to bid on volunteers. (Yes, Doms can enter too). If you enter the auction (or enter your sub), you'll receive extra auction credits to use for the auction to bid on others. DSF parties rule and people always have fun; some even met long term partners. For those who have never been to our parties before, the management of DSF always tries to match people up. So, if you're single looking for a play partner(s), or a couple looking for a couple/3rd person, come on down. As we mentioned above, in addition to having a good time, you just may meet your play or life partner.
* We are in our our 18th year serving the NYC alt community with the same management. We attribute our long lasting existence in the BDSM/Fetish World to our experience, word of mouth, constantly evolving with the current times, accepting everyone for who they are (regardless of age, color, orientation, gender, etc, etc), and not for what others want you to be.
Our motto then, now and in the future is always the same "To love what you do and to feel that it matters, how can anything be more fun?"
